Next year won't only be the debut of the Virtual Reality attraction in Ireland, but our beloved Loch Ness Monster shall turn 40 in 2018. That's something worth celebrating and I'm sure the park has something in mind for it.

I didn't ride Nessie on my last park visit, but the time before that, I thought something was off, that it felt rougher than last year. I thought I had been sloppy with bracing my head or something, lol. Guess not. I've always felt a weird jarring motion out of the loops but thought it was more noticeable or something, I don't know. I'll have to try a few rides in different spots on the train next week and see if that doesn't make a difference. Same here... and there is a jarring vertical spine crushing motion coming out of the loops which KILLS my back. I'm afraid to ride it anymore because of that.
