Can't help but notice a lack of comfort collars on Tigris. Anyone think there is a chance that they remove them from Tempesto?

Doesn't matter what kind it is. It. is. a. roller. coaster. It's a credit. Maybe a different category but at the end of the day it's officially, by every single credible outlet and source, a roller coaster and a valid credit. It has track, a launch, a train that rides fast on fixed track. It changes planes.

So something has to be fast to be a roller coaster?

I guess you didn't actually read what I said. Also, you are being rude.

Since it was in another thread, here are my words. Please note the text in italics and bold.

As the person who first publicly made this claim, the answer is for me it is right on that line.

Yes, by today's definition it is obviously a coaster.

That said, it just doesn't feel like a coaster. Rather, it seems to be more of an overly-complicated Larson loop.

So, was I being snarky? Of course. Is there in my opinion a bit of truth there, as well? There must be, given how many people play along.

Additionally, I would argue that there is always room for debate about the specific definition of what is classified as a “roller coaster.” There are a lot of rides that seem to fall into a grey area. For example, the fact that the High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride counts but the Rocky Mountain Alpine Coaster doesn’t seems a bit strange to me.

(Life must be very boring when everything is so black and white...)

What about something like this? It goes along a fixed track, changes planes, has a launch of sorts and according to rdcb it is a coaster.

Yet according to your definition it wouldn't be because it doesn't move fast along a track
