BGW Family said:
We were at Seaworld Orlando this weekend. First time since the 70's. No idea how BGW holds the Most Beautiful Park title anymore. Seaworld was beautiful.

BGW wins the award because of the combination of the themed hamlets and landscaping. SeaWorld has nice landscaping but really lacks in themed areas that stand out. And in my opinion, SeaWorld Orlando isn't even the best in Central Florida as BGT, EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom have far superior landscaping and thematic elements.

Pansies still look horrible in Italy.

Aside from that this looked nice (ignore the pansies in the foreground)....

^^^

As far as the Pansies in Italy when we were in the park on the 13th this month there was A small but steady stream of people sending there kids up into the bare field to get there picture take standing in nothing but grass at least where the Wagon used to sit.  Multiply by god only knows how many and you get dead trampled flowers. Can't explain the others not holding up so well.

I feel that the winters are going to become worse and worse as mother nature fights back against global warming and as the world proceeds with going green.

I don't know when the change was made, but all the ugly pansies planted everywhere are gone!!!! the landscaping is again beautiful and full of vivid begonias, touch-me-nots, coleus, and other flora!!

Pansies were hit or miss this year and their growing season was completely truncated by the long winter, quick warm up, then sudden cliff dive back into winter. This winter was weird - come to North Florida - the palms look like they were hit by a nuclear attack.

We've only been 3 times this year. ? Which might be even less next year with the Membership improvements debacle.

Anywho, when did they cut these pines out?

March.
