Does Anyone know the name of the generic queue music that is played on most of the rides? We just went to BGW yesterday and that song became a running gag, where people kept humming it throughout the day (AND long after we left). It would be fun to track it down to further that gag. On a similar note, Verbolten broke down while were in line, but the pre-recorded message kept playing (over and over and over and over again, sometimes multiple ones at almost the same time), so (along the same lines as the queue song), people in my group kept saying Auf Wiedersehen in the sing-songy way it's said when you return to the station. It was annoying at the time, but now, it's become a fun little memory that won't make sense to anyone who wasn't there.

I have seen several cases on vehicles left sometimes for more then one day. presumably the park allows it for some period of time before taking action but I know of no official statement to that effect.
What. . .??? But the tram spiel says that the tram will continue to run until the last car has left the parking lot. There must be some real tired tram drivers then.

Do memberships auto renew? Or do you have to manually purchase them each year?
It depends. If you pay in full, you have to pay for a new one each year. However, if you choose to use the EZPay system, it will auto renew every month until you choose to stop payments.

*note: must complete the first 12 month contract in order to have it auto renew after the first year

The first sentence is partially right. Last year when I bought my membership, that I pay for in full each year, at the end of the transaction a big prompt came up in which I had to agree for it to auto renew and them to automatically charge my credit card for it in order to buy the membership. They just started implementing this last year.

Haven't been to the park in a long time and one question I can't seem to find an answer to is what's the deal with how they handle souvenir cups and refills these days? Of course they push the hell out of the all day dining deal, but if I'm just interested in staying hydrated throughout the day what's up? I remember something along the lines of buy the cup for maybe $15 and refills are free that day and than something like 99 cents a refill if you returned on a different day? Anyone know how its currently done and priced?

Yes they have the souvenir cup for 18.99 for onei which comes out to about $20. Free refills for the day. After that the refills are up to $1.99 plus surcharge and taxes.
Exactly the info I was looking for! Really weird to me how they have nothing about it on the BG website, but KD makes this kind of stuff easy to find and will sell you a voucher for a souvenir cup before you even arrive at the park.

FWIW, if you are a member at both BGW and WCUSA, you may want to check out the WCUSA June rewards...

JUNE 1 - 30

$10 Splash Bucks
Treat yourself to a special snack or souvenir.
Only valid at Water Country USA on select purchases.
Visit a self-service kiosk to print voucher.

JUNE 1 - 30

Souvenir Cup Special
Take home two collectible cups for only $25.
Show Membership at locations where cups are sold.

There is also a way to buy free refills for later dates that might be worth it if you are at all interesting in getting icees, or just several refills.
Good to know! Going in July for at least a few days so buying for a later date may actually be something I'd want to take advantage of for the remainder of our visit.

That part I didn’t know about.

What is the current situation with food options in the park? I’ve seen on here that some offerings are closed or have limited operations.
