Whatever they do with Pompeii, Da Vinci’s Garden, and/or Italian Le Mans, I’m a little worried they will take a lot of that forest next to Pompeii/Loch Ness. I think Invadr STILL stings because it removed so many trees and killed the vibe of New France. I don’t want to see the park lose more foliage in the entrance area or over in Italy.
Agreed. I still think Invadr is one of the ugliest ride placements in history. Creative, sure, but very ugly.

Pantheon blends in with the enviorment way more than invadr.

In that they bulldozed all the trees so a blank, unthemed, random coaster fits in perfectly in a blank, unthemed, random field?

I think InvadR, Finnegan's Flyer, Pantheon, and Wolf's Revenge will all go down as big land use/aesthetic park integration missteps. Feel like relatively minor decisions could have been made during the development of all four of them that would have paid huge aesthetic, vibe, and future-looking park development dividends in the end. I really hope we move back to a place soon where appearance, presentation, and long-term planning are far more of a core priority for major ride additions to what is supposedly meant to be the world's most beautiful theme park.

How is Wolf's revenge a negative? I get pine straw was a bad idea for mulch but the amount of trees and bushes planted was great

InvadR is still fixable. Just plant trees for gods sake. We’re coming up on ten years, I thought we’d have a woodland terrain coaster back there by this point when it first opened

They killed it with the presentation of the immediate ride area, but from both a land use standpoint (incredibly wasteful design and placement) and a holistic aesthetics of the park standpoint (specifically minimal mitigation for accessing the site requiring walking by two unthemed warehouses and visible group picnic facilities), a lot was still left to be desired outside of the core work area if you ask me.

I think all four of the examples I highlighted can be fixed, but it is always more expensive to fix mistakes later than to avoid them from the start—and as much as I am a huge fan of a lot of the thematic investment we've seen, I do still have some gripes about what I see as more foundational issues surrounding the conception and direction of some of these projects. There's a good chance BGW has been making the best of bad situations handed down by corporate powers and I very much appreciate all of the work that has been done to make these additions as palatable as they are—but ultimately I still expect better than InvadR, Finnegan's Flyer, Pantheon, and Wolf's Revenge from BGW.

if I was running Busch gardens, I would have made a new coaster for the land instead of big bad wolf revenge, maybe like drachen vs wolf coaster like universal studios Singapore Battlestar galactica coaster but since this is reality, I would revive the old drachen spire coaster idea (if theres still room for it)

but either way, lets go back to 2028/2029 which I believe we get a flat ride package for the Vinci gardens area and 2029 would be a wild one (either something be added to the old castle o Sullivan building or the Pompeii area in case redevelopment)

You left out Tempesto, which removed all the trees by AC and was shoehorned into a tiny spot.

Pantheon is my only one I look at as so tough to redeem TBH - without major investments beyond the basics.

Flyer - just make that ledge area look nicer and repaint the supports. Boom. Done.

InvadR - Add some foliage (to @AIR ’s point, the tall trees hurt growth) and maybe add a set piece or two that act as blocks to visuals.

BBW - I think adding a flats package back there and other stands to make a little area worth visiting is easy.

Pantheon I’m always stuck on. It’s tougher to access than BBW while being more visible (IMO). And there’s not much expansion room to add much over near it to expand. Even with theme elements added like we’ve seen rumored at some point doesn’t move my needle much in helping it.

I believe 2028 will see vast changes in DaVinci Gardens and one new flat.
This area can so easily be made into something amazing IMO. Update the flats, redo most plantings into something new, freshen the rest of the decor.

And a previous concept BGW looked into I would through in is a Le Mans spiritual successor and doing that ride, but with each car uniquely designed to a different DaVinci rolling invention.

Loved my visit last month, park was a lot of fun!

That being said, more rides are needed. Not Tempesto things - quality flats like you see overseas at the likes of Tivoli Gardens, Tusenfryd, Phantasialand, etc.

Park is big, and there are plenty of spaces, even aside from Festa, that need thoughtful fill-in-the blanks.

I guess its less noticeable if you're a guest who never knew the likes of Le Mans or Da Vinci's Cradle, but many of us here see the buffet getting smaller and smaller without proper replenishment, so to speak haha.

The planting is fine to me, lots of palms like in Italy, they just need to improve their landscaping of them. The loss of the fountain and never fixing the columns is worse. But everyone has their own take!

Does anyone know if there's even any plans or thoughts on the Pet Shenanigans theater? Or will it continue to be unused until who knows when.
Man I hope it gets used soon. It's kinda insane a premier destination park cant manage to come up with a new show to have there throughout the year.
