Trackless dark ride to me either means a true trackless dark ride (which would probably be too expensive for United’s tastes) or Danse Macabre (which fits perfectly in the building)

I’m happy with either, but not counting on this as a real source. Hoping our insiders can share something soonish

The Danse Macabre system kind of gives the illusion of trackless, moving ride vehicles, so maybe that’s their marketing plan? It’s kind of a hard system to pitch in the states without it sounding like a simulator or show

One thing I wonder about is that simulator buildings are quite deep considering they used to house the old ride system below the ride platform. Doesn't seem like the ideal building for something like a trackless dark ride.

Some regional park have made trackless dark rides ie. Lego Factory Ride. I don't think trackless rides are as inaccessible for a smaller park like were maybe 15 years ago. I'd love if this were true! One has to wonder, why not just make it a tracked ride as that would be more economical terms of maintenance. There must be some strong creative vision if true.

If the wall between the two simulators was no longer there, a ride like Hersheypark's Laff Trak would fit in there. The issue is the platform height so either the stairs up and down would be queue and exit or the station would have to be elevated to about half the height of the layout. But, then of course it's not trackless

A well-themed indoor coaster with Laff Trakk’s layout would genuinely be great for BGW, but has unfortunately been made “unnecessary” by DarKoaster.

Laff Trakk is a lot of fun and you could do some cool things with a decent theming budget. Especially if you found a way to somewhat segment the layout into separate “rooms”.

Kennwyood's Ghostwood Estate fits a lot in a small footprint and it's an odd shape.
Seems like no permits have been found showing any additional construction to the existing sim building. With that being said, I'm wondering if the proposed 2028 Mack Stryker coaster could be built behind that in Ireland? There is room with some major land clearing and teraforming!

Sounds like a lot of budget for no reason.

The park is focusing on family attractions. I'd expect whatever is in the Sim Building will be family focused. Probably extremely similar to what was existing in there previously, likely less thrilling, but more modern than the extremely dared sims

FINALLY!

You all have no idea how anxiety inducing it is to stake a claim about a project super early on based on actual documentation I've seen, only for months to then go by without a single peep from the park, no hint of movement on the public record, and zero evidence of work on the ground (beyond the demo of Diner)—and that's especially true right on the heels of a cancelled project like Italian Le Mans.

Feels so good to finally see something saying that, yes, this project is still on.

I didn't know it was much of a secret though? I asked kevin months ago how it was coming along and he flat out said construction was well underway and getting the building almost gutted
