If the name is Phantom Spire, maybe partnership with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms? They're based near Dorney, but are about an hour and 45 minutes from Great Adventure.Someone mentioned to me that they’re supposed to announce some kind of partnership related to this ride tomorrow at a media event….anybody else hearing this?
Definitely some sort of ocean or shoreline conservation groupPartnership could also be some sort of foundation tied to the Jersey Shore that has some of the proceeds of merch sales donated to (I know slim likelyhood but would be nice to see).

You better all hope this ride goes DC for theming because it would distress me to the point that I would need an extended break from the internet. Eventually I would come back with a scathing and comprehensive design critique about how Catwoman's Really Big Whip could only be the product of such a culturally bankrupt era during which all genuine connection with customers (or the illusion thereof the parks once cared to maintain) is replaced with empty "fan service" in the form of poorly-conceived references to comics that few people consume and which prompt even fewer to actually make the decision to go a Six Flags park, and relating that all to the overall decline of the arts under Fascism and how our tiny collective imagination and disappeared histories manifested a world where the Mack Tower Spinner Layout exists, but I would need to be gone for a while, and you could all enjoy some peace.
I hope it's a lighthouse!
Not the one for the ride. But additional BESS systems around the park for many potential applications? Sure. BESS plus solar investment to make the park powered by majority renewables with storage capacity within 10 years? I could see a campaign like that and how it could save the park money in the long-term to make them want to go down that road.Perhaps the BESS system is a bigger project that can power more than this coaster.
Really great partnership there!
That was both unexpected and incredibly sweet to see. What a creative and meaningful way to leverage a throwaway nickname for a great cause. Honestly gets me a little choked up.

Project Skyland is a very unique way to describe this project …From Coliwood Studios' video from today Ryan Eldredge mentions that the official name of the project is "Project Skyland"
They are targetting a March 2027 opening for Project Purple
Crane should be here June or July
Part of a 3-year transformation project: Phase 1 Shoreline Pier, Phase 2 Project Purple, Phase 3 yet to be announced
Project Skyland is the official code name for the 2027 roller coaster, Project Purple is just a nickname that the employees/media came up with.I think Project Purple is the coaster and Project Skyland is the entire Boardwalk renovation effort. So, PP, Shoreline Pier, Superman, the game stands, Right Stuff and go-carts area, and the currently vacant areas where future things can go are all part of the larger Skyland project. I'd guess maybe the new possible drop tower is part of this, too, in a few years.
