Unfortunately, I am disappointed in the lack of storyline and how this fits in to shoreline pier which is something that definitely should have been explained in this announcement. Also not being shown any theming like indoor que and station, light package is worrying but prob get more details later.

I'm hoping we get some more info out of the interviews happening right now.

And a minimum height of 48 inches to ride is amazing



So how does this now officially compare to kingda ka in ride length?

There must be some sort of crazy something going on before the ride for it to be 2.17
The official POVs only have the time from launch to brakes at one minute

I’m guessing that 2 minute number is including the time it takes for the switch track to move, because the POV isn’t even close to that long.

It's counting the time you have to sit in the station doing nothing after your ride as you wait for the other train to complete its load cycle.

Don't think so. I think @MaxxForceFan was on to something with his train weight question earlier. These trains may be very stripped down to minimize the launch energy/track length required to make this coaster's height work.

Assuming they send trains continuously, a 02:17 cycle time means a max of ~26 trains per hour, and with 20 seats/train, that's a capacity of 520/hour.
