Ride length? Almost certainly going to be longer. Track length, nah.
Oh yea true because the shuttle part. The bigger than Ka words seem a little bait and switch decieving in my opinion if thats the case. Like, is it true? I mean yea sure. Is it worth bringing that up if thats the stat? Hell no

The only thing we have to go on are what was said at the ACE event by the regional manager. He advertised the new ride will be bigger and longer than Ka. Unless he was flat-out lying, my expectation is, as others have already written, that the ride length but not the track length will be longer than Ka, and, that the tower will be 5-10' taller than Ka, just so they can make the bigger claim.

Kind of unrelated: I had a dream last night where I was at the park for the announcement of this ride. The only things I remember were that it was a triple record breaker (460ft tall, I believe) and it had a nearly identical color scheme to Georgia Goldrusher. Funnily enough, they announced the ride but never revealed the name. And for some reason the zero car said (Busch Gardens Williamsburg) on the front; I believe it had Stryker trains.

Just wanted to share in case any of that ends up being true (minus BGW on the zero car 😂). If you ask me, I think this will also break well over 3 records. Maybe it’s a divine calling from Selim Bassoul.

so quick question: what do we know actually IS coming next year? i've forgotten if there was an announcement or any news/quality rumors about potential flats or small things like that while we wait for coaster news.

Nothing is known. The prevailing theory is that it's the Mack Xtreme Strata Shuttle Spinner that will be faster and taller than Kingda Ka was, and any deviation from that belief expressed here will be stamped out with certain quickness. Ask me how I know.

i moreso mean besides the coaster. obviously that's not gonna be ready for opening day, but i cant remeber if there were additional rides or improvements to the park coming in the meantime.

I think the only thing confirmed so far for 2026 is Toro getting part of its retrack. There were also some rumors earlier this summer about them getting Ragin Cajun for the Dare Devil Dive plot, but I haven't heard anything about that in a while.

Kinda off topic but kinda not, went on The Shredder at Nick U the other day (spinning coaster at the american dream mall) and the spinning made me extremely sick.

Good chance I won’t be able to ride the extreme spinner assuming that’s what’s being built, shame.

I'd be afraid of Shredder because its repetitive swing ride aspect. I have more problem with Finnegan's Flyer than Ragin Cajun, except FF is more fun (and no the cycle is NOT too short! Just right.). Cajun was extreme spinning though, this shuttle is not. It's an extreme coaster that happens to spin.

I will say, as someone who gets easily nauseous on rides, I didn’t have any issues at all with Time Traveler, and I rode it several times back to back. The spin felt controlled, which made me feel more in control, which led me not to feel nauseous.

Thankfully the Mack spinners are a lot less spiny, Shredder is a very extreme example (I was out for the rest of the day after that one).
