Yeah I'm definitely a bit skeptical. Those look like poles for traffic lights or street signs if you ask me lol. I agree with Mac, would love to know where this was filmed and if there's any import logs to back this up.Initial reaction: I'm not sold on those being for this project (or being coaster supports of any kind, really). A few of those are VERY curved, some straight up 90° curves- that's just not something you see on coasters. Just cause the guy filming claimed it to be for this, doesn't mean it is. I don't know what we're looking at, honestly.
Where was this filmed?
Unrelated, but this is what comes to mind for me... bit of an outlier

but that's where the problem raises: its was made by a company that did the original trains for Texas giant (which we all know what happened in 2013), I don't know the cedar fair merger with six flags opens the doors to six flags working with them again but I don't see that happening, I know, hot takeThis is a pure shot in the dark, but if Shellraiser never reopens, I hope SF buys it and moves it to GAdv. Would be an unbelievable addition to the lineup
? It was made by Gerstlauer, Six Flags has used them since 2013.but that's where the problem raises: its was made by a company that did the original trains for Texas giant (which we all know what happened in 2013), I don't know the cedar fair merger with six flags opens the doors to six flags working with them again but I don't see that happening, I know, hot take
that's the point, the original texas giant trains are made by gerstlauer and six flags hasn't worked with them since 2013? It was made by Gerstlauer, Six Flags has used them since 2013.
That was built before Six Flags took over the lease. The New Texas Giant lawsuits shouldn't be an issue anymore because all of the Six Flags leadership from that time are gone. Six Flags did purchase a third train from Gerstlauer for Iron Rattler.Tantrum was built in 2018. They have worked with them since 2013.
But to be fair, Tantrum was purchased under premier (prior to 2018) before SF started managing the park again.Tantrum was built in 2018. They have worked with them since 2013.
I've been throwing out that possibility since last November at least when this discussion of a Tower Coaster started, just been trying to avoid saying it constantly. What I figure is the original person at Six Flags who came up with the idea assumed a spinning coaster would be Mack just like most everyone else, but never told Mack about it. But even if Mack made a proposal, it wouldn't be a final design and much R&D would be required (hopefully before building the track, Zamperla). But anyone with technical sense would point out that there are only 2 manufacturers with any experience with the hard part of building a 400' spinner, and Mack isn't one of them. Also there are up to 3 American manufacturers without that experience but hungry for jobs, one (RMC) supposedly coming out with a new track type for larger coasters (not even getting into TRex). This might be a silly idea but I just wanted throw out a possibility. Do you think it’s possible (doesn’t mean likely, just is it feasible) the tower coaster layout belongs/could have been sold to Intamin?
Just food for thought, wanted to put it out there just in case lol.
Again, that was Cedar Fair management, not Six Flags, and to my understanding they also weren't the most satisfied with Gerstlauer either. Not to mention, Knotts got Hangtime for the 2018 season as well.
Anyways, back on topic.
