My money is on the following (and not in any particular order)

B&M - Wing or Surf
Mack - Striker (a bigger version of Voltron would be amazing)
Premier - Alpenfury on steroids (hopefully with multiple blocks)
Vekoma - multiple inversions/maybe multi launch

AND my sleeper pick

Intamin - Worlds tallest vertical launch coaster

To justify Intamin, supposedly they were in the bidding process for TT2 AND the legacy Six Flags company was working with them on multiple rides coming this year. I really do feel like it's one of these on the list. A Mack spinner would be great, but I'd only accept a Ride to Happiness type ride.

Don’t love Alpenfury but the rest I would love. Especially a Striker because you know they would do a solid job with the theming. My gut though is telling me it’s the Mack shuttle spinner, not counting out an Intamin refresh on Ka yet. I think if Intamin is in the picture the layout gets added onto and they market it as a new attraction. That being said idk if Six Flags even knows anything past “its a launch coaster”

At this point, they have most likely picked the manufacturer and are finalizing the layout. I know B&Ms are produced in Ohio, Premier is American as well (I think), the others are made in Europe. So that will take a while for delivery. I'd say they're VERY close to what they're doing. As for Ka, I think that the ride is coming down all together, they said Zumanjaro is coming down too. My theory for Ka getting re-imagined would more of a Red Force approach. Redo the entire station to have a single entry point (remove the dual station) and have it launch directly out of the station with LSMs. No rollback, this way they can differentiate TT2 and KK2.

If it's a Mack shuttle, I'd be very disappointed in the company.

I have reasons to believe that the leadership of SF is very likely to work with premier. I would presume most projects for this chain to come from vekoma, premier, B&m, and a few from mack in the near future.

I was just thinking about who new SF will work with from now on. Pre-merger, both chains were working with B&M, vekoma, and a bit of premier and mack, so those seem likely, as said above. Both also worked with S&S. They also both worked with Zamperla, but that likely will not continue, obviously. CF alone worked with ART engineering and GCI in the last few years, and SF worked with Skyline and Gravity Group. It will be interesting to see which of the wooden coaster manufactures they continue to work with (or both... or neither), but I doubt they'll work with Skyline again. I wouldn't be surprised to see some smaller coaster by ART pop up as well.

If they want to get the ride ready in time for 2026 that’s where they should be but let’s be real this entire thing has been rushed and there seems to be real disagreement at the corporate level. God knows how far they are into this, I feel like they might still in the bidding process and that’s why Great Advs announcement was so vague even compared to Over Texas. As for delivering yeah it could take some time but so will the demolition process for Green Lantern, Parachutes, and Ka’s tophat if that really is gone. As for Zumanjaro, like I said before I doubted it would ever reopen again before this decision was made, it’s caused problems and was SBNO all year. With the Red Force thing, yeah I would like to see that but can it actually be done with the length of the launch section? It couldn’t with TT2

My general feeling is that the only companies not on the table coaster wise is Zamperla (because of TT2) and Gurstlauer (because of New Texas Giant). Everyone else I think is on the table. I know everyone is skeptical about intamin but this isn’t the same company that burned CF and by now they know it. They have a proven track record of incredible and reliable rides in the last 5 years or so. ETR’s report of Intamin being involved in the TT2 bidding process and CF execs looking at Velocicoaster further this idea.

Id be happy with an Intamin based off of Taiga.. just make it bigger and have the top hat from 200-300 ft tall

I mean….it looks fine, certainly a downgrade from Ka. They definitely need a turntable should this be the replacement. It just feels like all gimmick, it’s probably fun but nothing crazy. Idk why they insisted on replacing Ka with a launch coaster though, no matter what now this new ride will be compared to Ka especially if it’s as gimmicky as this. Six Flags I won’t ever forgive you for killing my B&M Giga Ka replacement dreams.

I mean, it is a Kingda Ka replacement... It was sorta the king of gimmick coasters, no?

Presumably because getting a strata with a conventional lift hill would be exorbitantly expensive before you even think about designing the rest of the layout.

I know there will be people who think replacing Ka with a strata is unnecessary, but I suspect that getting something with a similarly unrivaled height to Ka is probably one of the highest priorities on SFGAdv's list. Something that tall sets SFGAdv apart in a way that almost no other coaster could.

I personally think it will be either an Intamin Vertical Launch Coaster, Mack Extreme Spinner, or a Stryker Coaster.

Concept looks pretty cool. It is nice to see the larger concept and how it fits in the park. Replacing the Ka tower with this will definitely help GAdv retain a unique tall coaster.

I do think that in order to fill the void of multiple rides leaving and make up for losing the hydraulic launch, an extension to this layout should be added that takes over the Green Lantern/Parachutes/Twister plots. Imagine this with some of the Ride to Happiness elements added on. That would be a record breaking complete coaster that would rival the best in the world.

Yeah Ka was gimmicky but it was still an incredible ride purely because of the hydraulic launch. LSMs just don’t give that same feeling and the Spinning cars have mixed reviews. Is it like Ride to Happiness or is it tamed like Time Traveler was? Also yeah I get the desire to build something with a big presence in the park but does it have to be a Strata? A Giga would also have a huge presence in the park and draw people in.

400ft version, as requested:)

Great job! (good choice of yt music library music too).

I'm actually looking forward to this if it does end up begin Ka's replacement. Seeing the 400 foot version has confirmed to me that this would be a crazy ride.

Nah I’m sorry, you cannot in any universe replace the tallest and fastest roller coaster with family rides.

It appears they are replacing the tallest and fastest coaster as well as a second coaster and several unique family rides with just a single coaster of an inferior design. Its still a big net loss for the park experience. Personally I rather have several flats replacing 6 rides vs a single coaster replacing several rides as its less of a loss. I rather see a new cable ride than this spinning coaster. Hopefully the park may install one or two flats as companions to this new coaster but I would not hold my breath. The north end of the park has really been lacking in non coaster rides for awhile now. It just seems that many enthusiasts are only concerned about coasters and not the sum of all the rides. Its nice to take a break on a transport ride.

and the Spinning cars have mixed reviews. Is it like Ride to Happiness or is it tamed like Time Traveler was?

"Mixed reviews" implies that some Extreme Spinners are liked and some are disliked—or that people disagree notably on the quality of the Extreme Spinners. In reality, the reviews are "mixed" between "incredible" and "one of the world's greatest coasters."

Captain Coaster has Time Traveler at #45 and Ride to Happiness at #6. Kingda Ka is sitting down at #93.

I'm not saying everyone has to be thrilled about the Shuttle Strata Spinner—they very much don't—but, objectively, per the data, Mack's Extreme Spinners are tremendously highly-rated coasters thus far.
