I think someone said it was White Water West who uses a lot of assets from Hopkins Rides. Surprised it’s not Interlink though, as they’ve installed a lot of recent water flume rides.

Cedar Fair/Six Flags doesn’t have an existing working relationship with Interlink, who haven’t done as much as you might think. Nether has WhiteWater really, but they’re a trusted partner that’s really propped up their waterparks.

Last year, the all park announcement was on August 15th. If they are going to tease the new ride, it will probably start 3-4 weeks before the announcement.

Here you go. Just took this yesterday. Looked like they were mainly working on utilities at the time. This plot is gargantuan.

Based on Carowinds' past announcements, I would say we should expect one next week. Carowinds announced Aeronautica Landing during the second week of August on a Wednesday, and Camp Snoopy was announced during the second week of August on a Tuesday. Hopefully, we’ll see a teaser this weekend!

I don't think Carowinds has even done any direct teasing of this ride yet, just talking about it in some press releases. I'd imagine they'll start some sort of teaser campaign before officially announcing it, and not just a surprise

Carowinds has not exactly been known for teasing.

Oh yeah I’m not expecting anything crazy for this, but they did a small campaign for the camp snoopy expansion before officially announcing it, I’m expecting the same here.

It’ll be announced when they choose to announce it. Six Flags historically announced rides at the end of August.

And with the six flags mess that came out today, they may not give us anything new next year and instead hold it for another time. All they would need to do now is throw down some see and let the grass grow until they are ready.
