Just noticed today that the closed ride link on the website has now been removed. Also, two weeks from openings and no entertainment listed. Also out of the 25 six flags parks only three are showing new attractions for 2026 and the Kansas park is advertising Texas new coaster. Noticed the closed ride link is missing from KI as well.

What does this have to do with the 2027 project?

My eyes may have deceived me on my commute this morning, but I may have seen some sort of construction equipment up against Fury325. The webcam doesn't display anything, so I'm not certain. It wasn't very tall so it could be out of view, if such equipment exists.

I did not see the construction equipment on my commute Friday, so it may have been something being done in the area separate from park ops. Hoping something does show up soon, though. I've seen some construction equipment entering / leaving the site on the webcams.

When they announce this thing they ought to point that webcam down a bit!

I would hate to think they cleared and graded all that land by Fury for nothing. Originally was going to be a record breaking flume ride, but is it possible plans have changed to a different attraction?

How did you read the thread and come to this conclusion? I'm always on the lookout for alterations to the plans, and there are none currently.

Could it be we are getting our own Twisted Timbers?

Thematically? The teasers definitely feel inline with the likes of Twisted and Mystic Timbers. Could be cool to give Carowinds something in that same "mysterious, inexplicable occurrence in working class, blue collar America," line. The interconnected "Cedar Fair Cinematic Universe" lore was always sick. Would love to see it continue under Six Flags.

Ayy, just saying—I’d imagine some folks in Six Flags corporate are coaster enthusiasts, and I don’t think they’d mind if an RMC was in their backyard 👀
Maybe as a 2028 addition with a retheming of Thrill Zone not being used for "Otter" to go along with it and incorporating Fury into the theme

Really hoping we see some animatronics and nice wildlife theming.

As for the rest of the Q&A... It was an embarrassing of park management incompetence. Referring to 2025 experiences as "products" they want to see more returns on.
better get the conspiracy beaver from zootopia 2 on this
