This has gotta be a B&M hyper. Fiesta Texas is the only major park in the chain that doesn’t have a hyper/mega coaster.

Look at Cedar Fair’s history with the Paramount parks. They all got hypers and then some went on to get gigas.

I’d be shocked if this turned out to be anything other than a B&M hyper.

Hate to be that guy but how would that even work?

I'm thinking three things right now I'm going to say a B&M hyper of a vekoma multi lunch. Or some kind of wooden coaster maybe a tribute to Iron Rattler because we really do not have a wooden coaster at Fiesta that would be very cool for some people say Ira Rattler maybe be added to this maybe the Iran will be all at and around that's a possibility if I'm not mistaken didn't I hear someone say that they were going to do something special to Ira Ratner in the future maybe extend it either way it's going to be a coaster and I cannot waitlo

Jeffrey has on more than one occasion expressed a desire to add the finale back to Rattler. The train has so much momentum that it is certainly doable. He has even mentioned costs and it is still far less than a new, major coaster. Marketing opportunities abound

Thinking of this as a transformation and werewolves transform because of the moon... just a thought

Isn't there more land cleaned than what would be needed for a IR finale?

I don’t think the attendance of SFFT warrants a B&M hyper/giga. The price tag is beyond the numbers the park does. While they do keep growing attendance, I see them limiting the cost to $15-20 million not $25-30.

Given the current Six Flags mindset, I think Fiesta Texas should be the exact kind of park that would get an addition in that price range. San Antonio's population is already massive and it's growing fast, it makes sense that Six Flags would look at that as a reason to aggressively build up Fiesta Texas. Similar position to Carowinds in the early 2010s, or Over Texas right now.

I'm going to throw out a theory of mine that the official announcement of this ride will come on one of these full moon dates. I'm going to make an official prediction that the announcement will come on August 27th which is the Sturgeon Moon. I think one because August 27th is a Thursday and legacy CF tended to announce their new attractions on a Thursday in August and second because in the spiritual meaning of the Sturgeon Moon, it talks about being connected to release. So imo that would be a great day to "release" the details of this new ride. I also think if they're going to lean into the dark night theme, that they would do an in person announcement at night after park close (similar to what Kings Island did when they announced Banshee, Mystic Timbers, and Orion) and knowing Jeff, he would 100% do that!

I also think the full moon dates after that will be used for construction updates and/or big milestones with the project. I also think since Fiesta Texas is a (almost) year round park, that if they are able to start vertical construction by sometime in the summer they could honestly have it ready for the 2027 wolf moon which is set for Friday January 22nd, 2027. That would be a perfect day to unleash the ride to the public. Maybe even do media day and the first ride at 6:18 am that day which is when the wolf moon is expected to peak that day according to here: Full Moon Dates for San Antonio, TX

Just something fun to think about!

Decided to come up with a little layout sketch on what I think could happen here. Obviously the real thing wouldn't be close to this as it's just a sketch, but I came up with a multi launch swing launch coaster probably from Intamin, but I think Premier or Vekoma could make a layout like this too. The color scheme I chose the white track with brown supports as I think it would go well with a warewolf theme.

I'm personally fully in the B&M hyper camp for this thing. In one of Hennisphere's recent videos he described how Dr Diabolical was designed in such a way that new attractions could be built directly under it, and I imagine that's something they're going to want here too. The ride completely locks in their waterpark so I think they're going to want something they can build under and around, and I feel like a B&M hyper is the perfect model for that.
