Based on the survey that they released in October - this is most likely a hyper coaster of some kind. It would probably come from a manufacturer like mack, vekoma, or b&m as those were the manufacturers displayed on those surveys. I am definitely leading towards b&m with that plot of land.

This project I believe was already in the works well before they sent those surveys.

It might not be, but it looks like it would be an awesome place for a vekoma family LIM multi launch like big bear mountain the terrain usage and theming sfft puts in this ride I love the potential but of course still praying for a thrill ride which is obvious that it is the better option for the park but if it will be (most likely) a thrill ride I'm still praying for a low to the ground vekoma or mach multi launch with fast pasted inversions and tight twists and turns etc. I can make a model in no limits 2 or planet coaster 2 if needed for any model you guys would like to see.👀

I'm going to throw out a theory of mine that the official announcement of this ride will come on one of these full moon dates. I'm going to make an official prediction that the announcement will come on August 27th which is the Sturgeon Moon. I think one because August 27th is a Thursday and legacy CF tended to announce their new attractions on a Thursday in August and second because in the spiritual meaning of the Sturgeon Moon, it talks about being connected to release. So imo that would be a great day to "release" the details of this new ride. I also think if they're going to lean into the dark night theme, that they would do an in person announcement at night after park close (similar to what Kings Island did when they announced Banshee, Mystic Timbers, and Orion) and knowing Jeff, he would 100% do that!

I also think the full moon dates after that will be used for construction updates and/or big milestones with the project. I also think since Fiesta Texas is a (almost) year round park, that if they are able to start vertical construction by sometime in the summer they could honestly have it ready for the 2027 wolf moon which is set for Friday January 22nd, 2027. That would be a perfect day to unleash the ride to the public. Maybe even do media day and the first ride at 6:18 am that day which is when the wolf moon is expected to peak that day according to here: Full Moon Dates for San Antonio, TX

Just something fun to think about!
One of the teasers mentioned the “rarest” of moons, which is usually interpreted as a blue moon, which is mentioned in the teasers of all the moons. But what if the rarest of moons refers to the blood moon or a lunar eclipse…bright moon to darkness. Legends tell of creepy things happening during eclipses.

And the next lunar eclipse in San Antonio is on March 3. The blue moon is on May 31, just days before Roller Coaster Rodeo.

Also, if you remember, the park hosted a special event for the total solar eclipse a few years ago… maybe not connected, but the park does have a connection to eclipses in its past.

Well, after that little update, it definitely seems like the ride will be Bigfoot themed. However with all the the references to the moon, I wouldn't rule out werewolves! Perhaps we are looking at a ride with multiple mythical creatures as a theme, kind of like the DC Villains coaster only with Werewolves, Bigfoot, aliens and Vampires instead of comic book villans.

Also, it is very cedar fair-esque to say "whatswithin". Major Mystic Timber vibes there!

Interesting we're seeing earlier announcements this year for next season. I believe GAdv hinted at a spring announcement awhile back for their 2027 project. Usually legacy CF waited until August when season passes go on sale for the next season that way they can at least try and keep focus on the current season.

I'm wondering since this is a (almost) year round park that they want to have this ride up and running early next year (like around the 2027 Wolf Moon on January 22nd).
