Correct me if I am wrong, but at this point shouldn't they be showing people what the ride actually is? Most people see that and think, it some Awesome Planet-like nature film that is going to be at the park.

I mean, if they're pushing it back to like Spring 2027, they probably should be holding everything super close to the chest so they can make a big push moving into 2027. Anything announced now will be long lost and forgotten by '27.

That said, it's SeaWorld, so expect the absolute worst from their marketing—I assume we'll never see an even semi-competent marketing push for this attraction.

Went by there recently and the inside is still 90% empty, if anymore confirmation on 2027 was needed

I was at the park today, which was a very slow (and short) day, and it seemed like they were operating in low attendance mode. Manta was closed all day. Only one orca show the whole day. Zero promotion for SEAQuest except for the "coming soon" posters on the construction wall---and the shops selling plush Anglerfish (which may just be a trendy animal, I guess, because they also are selling tons of Axolotl stuff and they don't have those anywhere---side note, I see from Google that they have some Axolotls in San Diego).

There are some SeaWorld rides I've never done because they are simply never open when I'm there. That's my story with the Penguin Dark Ride and whatever form of Wild Arctic has ever existed---that new Arctic ride was closed and getting redone already.

Speaking of which, they still sell Wild Arctic Medallions of the Polar Bear that I never saw and is now long gone from the park. I did buy one of those, so they got me! I also bought a Commerson's Dolphin Medallion, and they are gone from the resort too.

I had not been in the Sesame Street Land since it opened years ago. I went this time knowing it could be gone soon, and it is looking really rough (that poor Cookie Monster statue looks especially weather damaged).

Maybe they need to borrow San Diego's Axolotls and put them in a repurposed tank exhibit.

Definetly looking forward to this ride seaquest and if they’ll finally fix that permanent work wall bear pathway past the bayside stadium. A new nicer land that leads you to seaquest would really improve the quality and atmosphere of the park even if the ride is bad. I’m also concerned about if they’ll bring the budget needed to cover up the building and make a more themed entrance when walking up to this attraction. No way this building is what you see walking up to it. Lastly, ain’t no way this opening this year. They only just got done with the building. Considering they added so much more theming to expedition oddysssey v2, and penguin freak has shown some good theming to, I’m hopeful that seaquest has a chance at being a great ride. I feel a very smart think for them to do is build that worlds largest aquarium or some sort of large aquarium next to or in the same building as the dark ride so that there’s is an enhanced ride and two new attractions instead of 1 two. Anyway as it seems good so far however.
