This is what parks need to do for countless rides. Instead of ripping it ALL out, rethink it. The roots are good, make the fruit of your efforts pop.
Imagine if something like Apollo's Chariot got re-imagined to this level, how special it could be again, with a proper queue story, lush gardens, actual Chariots throughout, and flesh out the "Wings of the Sun" mythology via video screens in the tunnel or synched onboard audio.

Its amazing what they are doing here, Pantheon should be next! I will be back to BGW for the first time since 2019 for this 100%.

I get where you're going but honestly I'm ok with AC only getting some queue theming upgrades. Keep the lift music running otherwise.

Pantheon should also get some station theming upgrades, but really they just need to get large trees in the infield and maybe the addition of a couple ruins to break things up.

These aren't particularly expensive additions but go a long way to set those rides in their place given their lore.

Verbolten is different IMO because it's a coaster in a box - when it opened it had pretty good scenery albeit kinda cartoony. It became more apparent about scenery degradation when another coaster in a box opened within a football field of its entrance - something had to be done.

Additionally, Nessie was an unexpected surprise but generally goes slow enough that the theming added could actually be understood by riders.

The new BBW has its theming due to being a spiritual successor to the original, which has elaborate set pieces it 'flew' through - both are family thrill coasters that also go slow enough that riders can comprehend the scenery.

An Apollo retheme/enhancement would HAVE to be paired with a Tempesto relocation haha

Absolutely love how passionate this person from Guernsey Tingle is. Seems to really be into what he does and super cool to see him taking ideas from the media! Guernsey Tingle has arguably played a major part in the Busch Gardens Williamsburg renaissance currently taking place.

Frau Hexel is the name of the new owner of the tours, taking over for Gerta and Gunter who mysteriously disappeared. She's also a magical witch who now runs "enchanted car tours" which the cars don't need steering wheels as long as you think of the correction direction and never "turn right". My god, the effort they put into this new storyline and theming is something I still can't believe BGW is willing to do, and with the Black Forest itself being failed spells/experiments that Hexel tried to make the tours better and turning malevolent in the process is so interesting. A talking broom companion who is yet ANOTHER animatronic in the queue is a shocking surprise; and ought to be a delight from what the creative director said.

All of this is already above and beyond a HUGE improvement over Verbolten 1.0 in its prime! Yeah, I said it!

Did NOT expect TWO original characters, two full-motion plus one limited-motion animatronics, a full gut of the show building and the 2nd queue building, such a revamped station, so many Easter eggs and the giant tree.
Honestly, this really gives me so much confidence. This seems like it could be one of or the best themed regional coaster out there

Yeah, if you're like me and typically avoid vlog-y-looking videos, you all need to watch the tour portion of the video @Le Moose linked. Can't imagine anyone coming away from that with anything but immense delight with this project.

It's also amazing to see Busch Gardens Williamsburg marketing stepping aside and just allowing a GuernseyTingle project manager to play such an important role on a media tour like this. GuernseyTingle has been the unsung heros behind SO much of the recent improvement we've seen out of the park and when you see the creativity and enthusiasm for BGW oozing from the GuernseyTingle project manager in that video, you'll understand why.

Will they have a role in the 2027 Ireland project? This Celtic BMX show better be FLAWLESS. 😆

GuernseyTingle were also responsible for the creative direction and theming of Big Bad Wolf: The Wolf's Revenge were they not? If so, no wonder why Verbolten: Forbidden Turn's new story and theming is so freaking good!

They've been heavily involved with most everything since InvadR—major and minor. They're, of course, restrained by the park's budgets, whims, requests etc, but when they're given the freedom and cash to do as they wish (Wolf's Revenge, seemingly Forbidden Turn, etc) they really deliver. Marco Polo's Marketplace was another early BGW x GuernseyTingle project that really demonstrated their skill and understanding of the park.

Will they have a role in the 2027 Ireland project?

Almost certainly, but I don't have any specific information.
