It costs a decent amount to paint a coaster as big as I-305 I'd imagine, but unless they planned to give it the Nessie Reborn treatment with on-ride effects and props, I don't see how adding some thematic decorations and few signs to convey some kind of storyline similar to TT would be all that much more (still expensive in general, but I can't see it taking a significant portion of their investment).
However, BLSC though much shorter would be a different beast - paint, car designs, and on-ride props including the fireball effects would all have to be swapped out. The rocky ride area doesn't really fit into a jungle, so something would have to be done to either explain why the departure from a supposed forest or try to get more plants in there.
