I still think there's decent enough access to the land south of Wolf. BGW could likely find a way to traverse the layout and utilize the land closer to the Rhine for a new ride, too. They'll have to get creative but I don't think any of those areas are fully out of the question for future expansion. Though at that point we're pretty much looking at a new Hamlet.

Maybe BGW boxed in the Drachen Spire land because a Verbolten expansion IS in the chamber and they know they'll wanna keep it more or less out of view of guests. I know you've said it's insanely unlikely but I also didn't think BGW would build an antique automobile ride so who knows?

My first rollercoaster was the original BBW and since my oldest is still an inch away from being tall enough for Invader his first rollercoaster will be BBWR. I know it might not be everyone's ideal coaster, but it's pretty much perfect for our family right now. Especially since they just took out his favorite ride, Flying Machines.

We coulda gotten an RMC hyper, a giga spike, anything, but we got a family invert that may or may not be super rough
As someone who really isn’t a big fan of B&M generally, I disagree. I do have concerns about its smoothness as a current B&M, but this is a great tribute to a very beloved coaster and I’m thoroughly impressed by the layout for a family coaster.

Not every addition needs to be a top of the line thrill. This is the exact level of coaster that I wish more parks would invest in, as it’ll appeal to a wider audience.

I can't wait for next weekend, it will be interesting to hear first impressions on The Wolf's Revenge and how it all comes together, the ride and the theming itself. This whole thing has felt like an in-park management passion project, and I haven't ridden it yet, which bodes pretty well for me personally.

We're rightly giving huge props to BGW management for facilitating and finding a way to fund all of this within the current United Parks framework, but I also want to give a huge shout-out to all of the various contractors and vendors that are making this project happen too. They're really delivering some incredible-looking work right now.

How long we think the wait for this thing is gonna be opening day? 4-5hrs?

Given the capacity and low height requirement this wait time is plausible.

I was at the original BBW opening day and the line stretched across the footbridge back into Italy just past Marco Polo's Marketplace. The wait was about 3-4 hours but they were running all three 28-passenger trains. This new one will only have two 20-seat trains so the queue times could be extremely long.
