This might be a dumb question but Im curious as to why you all think they didn't utilize the old maintenance building. simply because of backstage space/storage loss?

Honestly, it probably would have been more expensive for BGW to utilize the existing structure than it is to build a simple new one. Trying to reuse DF's would have involved a larger/more complicated maintenance track setup and very significant building modifications. Given DF's maintenance bay has DRAMATICALLY more square footage than is necessary for this project, all that theoretical investment would have just ultimately resulted in a poor use of an existing facility too.

Long-term, I hope to see a replacement, purpose-build facility for storage built to allow Entertainment to take back DF's Maintenance building for Howl-O-Scream. Another fully-enclosed, dedicated house location would be killer for them right now.

Maybe we can expect more bells

In Part two they say they settled in another village, no way they are thinking of creating another park section back by the coaster and tying in by the Festhaus bell?

Is anyone else worried about timeline? Like, there's definitely not much time for both constructing the coaster AND theming. I'm concerned.

The first track piece for Rapterra was installed June 18th and now the ride is just about entirely complete. BGW has plenty of time.
Yeah, you're probably right. Rapterra is just super AHEAD. I just see the two and I'm starting to get nervous lol
