Track gauge is a bit small to be what we would anticipate as a Giga if that is what the park as agreed to with RMC (despite the timeline being too early) right?

My belief was that anything on a major scale for them would need a larger ride vehicle to facilitate a 2 across seating arrangement (4 seats/car). Single rail Giga? That would be something...

We know from the height permit it is considerably shorter then a gigga.

This project is not a giga and the coaster style is not named after a dinosaur.

My understanding from credible sources is that Nevermore has been left intact and that there are currently no plans to take it down. While this could certainly change it cast doubt on a 2023 construction time table.

Yeah, this is probably the indicator we should all be watching right now. Vault was gutted between CMT 2019 and the March 2020 COVID outbreak in preparation for Spire's 2021 opening date. If the Festhaus Park coaster is coming in 2024, we should see Nevermore removed before Spring.

Maybe a stretch, but anybody think BGW timing for shutting Mach Tower down is so that no one will get the spectacular view of Drachen Fire queue-house. Maybe to keep project 2024 plans and progress under wraps.

Nope the two have nothing to do with each other. Plus Pantheon and Verbolten will have a fairly decent view of it.

I'd expect them to tear down the train as well while they are at it, maybe the bumper cars and Verbolten should go too just to be double sure.

Is it possible they will start construction outside of the station and save that for last so they can use the house one more time in case the new entertainment building isn’t ready in time for HoS 2023?

My question is that if everyone is still intact would it still be chapter 2 or chapter 3? Anyways Nevermore chapter 2 was the best HOS house I have been through in awhile.

Lights on in the maint. shed tonight, anyone know why they have black tarps covering the distance between the two buildings?

They installed those a while back. I believe it was originally because they were useing the area for storage and prep work. But they are not new and I doubt they have any link to a future project.

With a full circuit coaster that would place the building basically right smack dab in the middle of a construction zone I see ZERO chance SEA or the construction company would run that type liability risk.

What if they make an abandoned construction site themed haunted house and just stop construction for HOS. Market the new ride, new haunted house, and cool behind the scenes all at once!

Absolutely not!

Once construction starts on this new attraction, the park will set up some type of temporary fencing/barrier that will designate the entire area as an active construction zone meaning the park's visitors will have no access whatsoever to the site. It's actually an OSHA regulation to have something like this put up.

I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that was a joke.
