Is afterburn good? Im riding that thing in april and all I got to compare is alpengeist and I think alpengeist is intense. But people rank afterbrun higher typically
I like Alpie more but Afterburn is relentless. I think I enjoy Alpie more because it's more of a terrain coaster.

The photos this new coaster will have once it's complete and open are going to be stunning. I wonder if they're going to do a screen animation in the station building like Pheonix Rising does or if it's just going to be static theming.

I hope it will be reliable if they do a screen element in the station. Some wolves running in the forest would be cool or maybe a special dispatch animation like they did with DarKoaster with the window screen.

I think I'm also one of the only people who doesn't want ONBOARD audio for BB2. A soundtrack for both lift hills would be nice and the bell toll like they did in the promo either as you crest the first lift or as you dispatch, but the onboard audio for Phoenix Rising has been less than reliable and seems like a bad idea to pursue further. Unless B&M did some major refurbishment on their sound system, I don't want the same misfortune for BGW.

Thoughts?

I think a special dispatch screen with wolves might be perfect for this if it's going to happen. I will agree that on-board audio will be a big mess like Pheonix Rising and maybe lift hill audio (ala Loch Ness Monster) might be the safer/better option.

I hope they don't spend any money on some video screens and media that will look cheesy from the start, break in a few years, and never be fixed/replaced. Physical structures and landscaping are a far better way to spend the ride's thematic budget.
I agree. If we were talking a Universal budget and maintenance, I'd love to see it, like Velicoaster's.

Happy Cracking Up GIF by Regal

^Scott Ross and United corporate at that idea. But trust us, we all wish BGW had a budget like Comcast.
