The line was ridiculous, I got in line at the Jungle X sign and ended up right at the second cattle pen before I decided to tap out. It was about a 2:15 hour wait, my back was hurting, the ride kept breaking down, and I was tired. I had a prestige pass so I ended up using my free Fast Lane, made it past the merge point and the ride broke down a fourth time. Rode second to last row on the left wing. Then I scored a second Fast Lane later in the night and rode front row, right wing.
Some of the queue elements were really cool. I love the tunnel with the bulletin boards covered with callbacks to previous rides in the area. I thought that was a nice touch. Same goes for the temple and the smoldering volcano.
The line was moving at a slow, steady pace, but the ride kept breaking down for short periods. That definitely screwed with the wait times a lot. I know some people waited 3 hours. IDK if I could muster that. Operations were also a bit slow and they kept sending empty rows constantly.
The launch was pretty cool. It has a surprisingly good kick to it. B&M is doing a fantastic job with their launches. They're all pretty punchy.
I love the swoopy elements,. They're all really fun.
There is a bounce. It doesn't really affect the ride much. I'm not a huge fan of the vests. Its fine during the ride but once the train stops, you can feel it slowly tighten. I had my phone in my breast pocket and it was digging into my collarbone.
The little wave turn over the entrance plaza is probably my favorite element on the ride. I also love the roll at the end.
I do like that the ride interacts well with the queue and the entrance plaza.
I do wish there were more near miss elements on the ride. Wing coasters really shine when they get close to the scenery.
The park has a winner on their hands. The ride is really fun. I wouldn't wait more than an hour for it though. I do think opening the park to all passholders and including it on Fast Lane might've screwed the lines up.
