Trademarks typically need to be in use before they can become active. The likelihood of another park using the same coaster name and then trademarking it is extremely low, so KD doesn't have much to worry about here if they don't have a trademark yet.*SPOILER ALERT*
Before you read any further, the name of the 2025 B&M wing coaster is listed below. DO NOT read if you don't want to be spoiled.
So, Kings Dominion posted a teaser video on their Instagram that says the date they reveal the name for this coaster, and it has a bird theme. According to this patent, the only bird-themed trademarked name from Cedar Fair is "Thunderhawk"
