alpengeists and apollo’s are heavier than griffon believe it or notOK, where do you find such records?
I cant remember what Griffon's Train weight was, but I know it was a lot. I thought they were about 10-12 tons, but I don't recall for sure.

So then why was Griffon's so heavy they had to remove the floor to make it work?alpengeists and apollo’s are heavier than griffon believe it or not
My understanding was that it never had a floor in its design. So then why was Griffon's so heavy they had to remove the floor to make it work?
Your probably right. Its probably because Griffon only has 12 road wheels where as Apollo has 40. Either way, no one has answered the original question: Is 6T a decent weight for a full train, or do we think this is only a part of a train?Probably because while Griffon's train applies less weight to the track, it does so along a much shorter length of track. Fewer wheels to spread the load.
I believe that is correct. So I guess the car average is around 1 TonI couldn't find it - are there 5 cars to a train? If so, I'd say this shipment is a train. The bill of lading says "quality - 6"... So 5 cars and the zero car?
With their new lightweight construction, I could imagine it with as little as recorded.
Yes 5 cars with 4 seats per car and then the zero car.I couldn't find it - are there 5 cars to a train? If so, I'd say this shipment is a train. The bill of lading says "quality - 6"... So 5 cars and the zero car?

Not sure why you would say that. They are half the width of Alpie or Apollo's trains, which logically would be about 6-7 tons. Can confirm that a Griffon train weighs 9 tons, a Nessie train weighs 3 tons, and Apollo and Alpie are somewhere between 12-14 tons a piece. 6 ton trains would be extraordinarily light.
I'm sure @ControlsEE has more accurate info, but I recall reading that launch coasters have programming that adjusts the "power" of the launch based upon weight, etc.I wonder how that might as affect the ride performance as I imagine riding Pantheon with you as the only passenger to be a potentially very different experience than a full train.
We might not know until past this year I suspect as Pantheon will likely always have enough for a (nearly) full car.
