It's listed as a Blitz style coaster looking up the height requirements on other coasters listed as blitz they all appear to 52 inches so that seems likely but we will see.

Cheetah hunt is a blitz coaster and it's 48". We don't know if Pantheon would be a blitz or a new category all together.

Then it will be 54", because...

Height requirement = [Manufacturer height requirement recommendation] + f(liability)

where...

f(liability) = the SEAS liability function, taking as parameters various lawsuit risk factors as determined by legal counsel, and yielding a positive non-zero result of additional height deemed necessary to mitigate said lawsuit risk.

In this case, we have:

Height requirement = 52" + 1.957" (estimated) = 54" (rounded up to nearest inch)

The artstyle is very reminiscent of the InvadR marketing artwork and even the artwork on the dragon train. Whoever is designing these artworks at BGW sure likes it swoopy and cartoony

They probably mean "World's Fastest Multi-Launch-Multi-Inversion Coaster"... Since Soaring with Dragon has 1 inversion.

Re: height requirement, I can't see this being 48". Otherwise, Verbolten will have almost no purpose other than to run during holiday operations.

Re: trains, nice to see the paint job. Really was fearing they'd leave the trains plain.
