I hope they leave trees along the edge of the water... Have the coaster appear briefly outside or above them, but retain the experience of flying through trees as much as possible.

So where should the on-ride photo be? There are several great opportunities (fourth launch, bottom of drop, outerbank, stall, wave turn)

I'd love to see them put an on-ride photo at the stall; upside down photos would be funny. But, I don't recall seeing a place in the plans for them to have a photo booth... so I'm not entirely sure they will be offering photos.

Man, I'd love it if they could do two photo spots. Some distance shot of either the launch up the top hat or verticle spike and then a close up during the drop..

They probably don't need a permit for a photobooth. As long as it's under 256 sq feet it meets the legal definition of a shed and does not require one.

I mean there probably is gonna be a shop there anyways with merch and stuff. Possibly the on ride photo booth there?

I don't think that likely. Ride photos tend to be impluse purchases. If you put the photos in a shop and people have to wait in a long line, the buy impulse will fade.

Lol they’re putting a photo booth be real.
I'm just passing along information that I've been given. Doesn't mean they won't decide to add cameras and photos later. It just means that at the moment they aren't planning on it.

On another note if you look at the actual plans filed with JCC there are no cameras or even electrical for cameras anywhere along the ride path. At the moment I think it's pretty unlikely.

looks at Tempesto's wildly successful photo booth

Oh wait, I can't find it...

But does tempesto even count?

All of their Marquee roller coasters have one with few exceptions. The only ones that don't are tempesto (which as forementioned, who cares???) And Alpengeist for which a camera just isn't feasible.

There is no way they are going to run this without some sort of upcharge potential. Ride videos have proven wildly unpopular but ride photos are still rather popular.

In the spring I stood by the photo booth for le scoot watching a sleeping kid while my wife and son rode... and in the ~ 45 minutes I stood there the guy working the booth rang up at least $200 in sales.

Many people were not only buying the photos but also frames for them etc

Oh crap forgot Alp didn’t have one

Edit: no wait it got removed because it didn’t show clearly
