I actually would not be too mad about that. Just depends on how they theme it. But right now we have no idea. I'm really liking the idea it it be themed to regions of hell.

15038

Problem is this could be the name of one of 4 coasters next year since the only one we know of is Mako.

Also can't help but think the Abyss would be a much better name for a Giga with the giant drop.

Ah, it’s been a while since I’ve been here.
When do y’all think construction will start? I went to the park earlier this week (specifically Tuesday) and didn’t see any clearing of the side of the lake that the coaster’s gonna be on. I find this kinda strange since this thing looks like it’ll be pretty big, thus requiring sooner clearing of land. Maybe they’re just waiting for Finnegan’s Flyers to open up first or smthg? Idk tho. Maybe I’m srsly late to talking abt this.

Typically the major coasters had the majority of their work done during the fall and winter with it being finished in the spring.

That being said there is evidence that they have already started some electrical work in the area where the pastures will be moved to. I think they won't start work on the rest of the ride until they have completed the pasture and moved the animals.

This is kinda off topic but regarding the heights...
Imma base it off the 260 and 232 foot heights because I just remembered those but what if the spike is 232 feet and not the drop? The backward section on Tempesto is half of the top height so wouldn't it be possible to have the spike be smaller too? Then the drop would break hyper or giga territory depending on the actual height...

I'm probably missing something here.

I think we all expect MMXX to break 200. If not in actual height, then definitely in the drop. Remember, there's an extra 40 foot elevation change down to the water.

Probably way too expensive to do, but it would be super cool to have a tunnel under the Rhine for a coaster like this.
