I was just thinking, lets say in the next like 8 to 10 years they wanna add another major coaster. Where would they fit it? Besides where Drachen was

I always thought they could put one in the forest between England and Ireland. That coaster could even come up to around the gate and the arrival area. There's also space across from Marco Polo and the rides in Italy. Finally there's some room behind macht tower between that and the land of the dragons area

Edit: very crude mock-up of the areas described. Sorry I am on my phone.

For the next major coaster using a new plot, my order of preference would be Drachen plot > "GateKeeper" style coaster in the England area > anything else.

great minds think alike...lol... this was my pipe dream when we though madrid could be a giga crossing over the rhine...may have to draw up a new one with all the new info we know and have now...

UPDATE PIPE DREAM...LOL

I think the best themed areas in the park are the ones with no rides.

"Main Street" Rhinefeld, San Marco, Banbury to me are the most visually "wow" parts of the park and have 0 rides. I'm perfectly okay with an addition not focused around a ride, but focused on architecture. Greece to me fits this perfectly.

Ehhh I think maybe one coaster and one flat wouldn’t hurt. But I really wanna see them work in coaster interactions with walkways like Phantasialand does. That would be cool.

Interesting concept. While it doesn't directly relate to the thread topic, I'll throw in my two or 3 cents.

I agree with @lce in the regards you need to be totally immersed in thematic architecture. Thus, more needs to be added as you transition from Oktoberfest. Shops, etc. along the path, hiding the Verbolten building.

While I understand the desire of another river crossing, but that is one looooooonnnnngggg walk. "A Bridge Too Far".

So is everything in Festhaus Park a new hamlet?

Besides that I really like this but I don’t think that many flat rides need to be installed. Some restraunts or theming in addition to the coasters (s) would be nice plus maybe a couple flats.

So everything in festhaus would be a new Hamlet. Madrid is left to interpretation. Either a small Hamlet with just the coaster a few shops, a restaurant and maybe one flat. Or just leave Madrid considered a part of Festa Italia since there's not a ton of room to work with after the new coaster goes in. Festhaus would be more than adequate for a whole new Hamlet. You have all the room on the inside of the train over to verbolten. You also could use some of the land on the outside of the train Loop.

Like I said, just a pipe dream. I agree with most of what you said. They're definitely would need to be some shops and buildings along that path to hide verbolten to make the new Hamlet work the best. And while it would be a very large pedestrian Bridge. I feel if you were to do anything such as a hamlet back in the festhaus area, do they really want two massive dead ends in the park.

Completely agree would love more interactions with the paths at BGW. If you have ever been to BGT this is something they do incredibly well. It's too bad that it looks like there won't be any with madrid

You’re gonna be able to see this thing from everywhere lol. It’s gonna be the first coaster you see walking in too.

Wouldn't shock me if we see some construction come Preview day

Depends on what you mean by constriction. Maybe the clearing would start. Pouring footers? Unlikely. I would put the most likely thing we see at preview day is them starting to create new spaces for the fields they will be losing.
