No we don't. First they can file for an extra as late ss the end of August 2019 also it say "null in void if not started by October 10 2019." It's inirely possible that has a broader defense then work in that party area has to be ground broke by that date. It could be as that just the prodject most be which woyuld mean that it's possible that they could start with only a tiny but of actual work done by that datemWe have a hard line of the latest construction will start: October 10th 2019. IMO that officially puts the clock on "Project Madrid Watch" because even if they wait for HOS 2019 to touch the RPA buffer, they would likely need to start construction elsewhere long before that.

I feel like we are being generous in describing Tempesto as themed. We have our odd launch coaster not even 200 feet behind this proposed ride, let's hope it's special on a different level than shuttles with themes.
Agreed - I only posted this because it was relevant to previous discussion.I really, really hope we are not getting a version of this. BGW would have three launched coasters which to me is not necessary for a park of our size/ilk.
Cedar Point already has Wicked Twister, but Great Adventure would do well with a big shuttle coaster, provided it has two tracks like its predecessors, Lightnin' Loops and Batman and Robin: The Chiller. This feels like a Cedar Point/SFGAV addition, because they have almost everything else under the sun, this would be just be another "thing."
I don't know KD has 3 that are almost right on top of each other snd it really hasn't seemed to hurt them all that much.I really, really hope we are not getting a version of this. BGW would have three launched coasters which to me is not necessary for a park of our size/ilk.
If this shuttle concept is really all the rage, there must be "something" to set it apart from the others. This feels like a Cedar Point/SFGAV addition, because they have almost everything else under the sun, this would be just be another "thing." I feel BGW needs *THE* thing in 2020...so to speak.

Ok I know Volcano has been down this year but unless I missed something it's likely top return next year. So there is Volcano, Flight of Fear, and Back Lot all in a little triangle shaped area probably less then 200 yards apart.
I don't have much to add but I just wanna say can you guys believe this is actually happening? Spain is happening. I feel like fan speculation about Spain coming to BGW has been around as long as I've been an enthusiast and I'd long since written it off as never happening.
I don't recall any confirmation that it is Spanish themed. What did I miss? So, they're getting a Spanish themed coaster without adding the land?
Nah, they're gonna pull a Merlin and build a mini land with one ride in it.
