Yes, but it's such a good trick haha.

While I have a soft spot for accelerators, I do think Busch having a 100mph+ ride would actually be more of a draw and differentiate it from the other gigas that have been built recently. Plus a dive to the river and maybe a helix or two a la Xcelerator and you've got yourself a several-trick pony! In all seriousness, I realize an accelerator is unlikely, but I really just want the ride to not be "atypical." Utilize the height and speed to their fullest potential, and it'll be golden. Have a 300 foot ride that somehow only gets to 76mph because they decide to make it some "world's first" will be, again, disappointing.
And no this should have an actual layout with airtime and laterals rather than just a couple helixes.

Having a smaller version of Ka is dull compared to I305, Skyrush, Fury, Steel Vengeance, etc.

Maybe a small version of Kinda Ka PLUS some other elements to make it a nice ride like Xcelerator would be cool.

That's still pretty lame. It's speed and nothing else. They need to at the very least make it like Storm Runner or iSpeed where you have inversions, twists, airtime, etc to make it a complete layout and not just a one trick pony.

That doesn't mean you still can't make a full layout of that. You can still add inversions and make it a good lengthened ride that's exhilarating and fun.

That's what I mean. Xcelerator is a terrible fit for that spot due to how short it is and how little it does. I'm talking about when it's just the top hat and like one turn or hill.

Yeah. I mean, they're okay, they're just kinda boring. I'd be disappointed if BGW got one of those...

Why does this thread always devolve into randomly combining different manufacturers and models of rides? The joke is old, tired, worn-out, and not even funny. It was funny maybe once, now everyone is just trying to be cool. Please stop.

Now, that I've said something about it, I'm sure @Thomas will be the very next person to post with some absurd combination of water slide, coaster, and flat ride...

It was fanny maybe once
Does this giga make my fanny look big? Sorry

Without further info (yet) I still think, as did a few, it's a variation of Soaring with Dragon. I've read a little more and see that the launch itself is 77mph but the coaster averages about 55mph. I could see them jacking up the launch speed to go up a taller spike (which might be those footers near San Marco), which would then raise the average speed. That last river drop would get the leaked 76mph. Soaring has 3 trains with a 1,300 rider an hour capacity, which I think BGW would seek.

While I'd like to see a giga it would have to be unusual, like T-Rex tracked. Apollo ranks 6th of all steel coasters, beating a lot of gigas (including KD's). So why make simply a taller terrain following coaster? How is that going to make the turnstiles turn?

As was discussed numerous times before, BGW is known for "gimmicks" (in a good way most times). I think Soaring (a faster, taller variation) would be a magnet for coaster enthusiasts and be the first in the country...unless the rumors of one showing up in Kennywood come true.

Ok Matlock is on...carry on.
