It's raining all day tomorrow until later in the evening for media day. At least it's not snowing like a couple of weekends ago. With the bad weather the lines for Pantheon might be on the short side (I'll be there tomorrow later in the afternoon so that's wishful thinking on my part).

Wondering if a delayed start on media previews tomorrow curtails or even eliminates member ride opportunities tomorrow night. Thoughts?

I don't know if most people pay that much attention. Either way, as I said, it's certainly something that needs to be taken care of and they may already be working on the solution but BGW is opting to run the ride until replacement parts come in, etc.
And even if not actually a safety issue, clearly a major drag on dispatch times constantly

Taking from the ride hardware budget isn't the only way to have a theming budget. SEAS can slow down the pace of major additions to scale up the overall budget for those major investments.

I'd much rather see 2022 through 2027 be...
Themed Pantheon, Flat, Themed DarKastle, Flat, Themed Drachen Spire, Flat, etc.

Than...
Unthemed Pantheon, Unthemed DarKoaster, Unthemed Drachen Spire, Unthemed Coaster, Unthemed Coaster, Unthemed Coaster
That's IF they're going to spend on theming at all. If not, keep the rides coming. Remember, we had Unthemed AND Unopened Pantheon for two years before we even managed to get the Unthemed Pantheon.

A full load of people at normal speed could easily take more energy than a boost mode unloaded. It seems unlikely they're running flat out though.

Anyone catch any of the local news hits they managed to put out in the rainstorm currently barreling through Williamsburg? Truly cursed Media day weather.

Has anyone had any experience, or seen anyone, ride Pantheon with a fully functioning leg and amputation below the knee? I've reached out to BGW, but their accessibilty guide has not been updated yet to state if someone with an amputation below the knee can ride.

Not sure if this helps, but reading Velocicoaster's accessibility guide they require that "both natural legs must, at minimum, terminate below the knee. No prosthetic limbs." Considering the trains are very similar I'd bet Pantheon has the same requirements.

media day rides look to be canceled, maybe that opens up the possibility of the ride opening before 6?

It sounds like the earlier session (featuring mainly traditional media?) was scrapped, but the second session is still moving forward right now.
I can confirm that there was people in the park around 2. But it's coming down by the bucket full at my house right now. I bet @Zachary is glad he can't get media passes any more do he doesn't have to weather this.

It looks like storms may continue popping up through at least 7-8 pm this evening. As such, I am curious to see how many people are even at the park between the 3 pm opening and dinner time, and if the park ultimately decides to close early.
