I’ve always felt that a bridge connecting San Marco to Pantheon would have been nice. Also to have tied the Italian/Roman aesthetic would’ve been a nice touch. However....now... with things as they are now. Connecting Festa Italia to the field that Pantheon resides on... are there possibilities for other development in that space. Could a moderate sized flat be placed in the “infield” or on the area toward Roman Rapids and train tracks? Just seems like a lot of effort to cross that bridge and trek away from other attractions for a single ride. I’ve always felt that when Madrid got put burned and the Intamin two for one deal came into fruition... Pantheon got shafted and major theming /story was gonna be for Drachen Spire. Hence the lackluster look. I still can’t believe that the station, queue and field itself are..... just... bare.
I could see a flat in the infield. There’s enough space, it’s just the matter of getting over there. The only things I could see fitting in, however, Is a star flyer or a slingshot. Beyond that… idk

I'd be curious about their power capacity, though I suppose if they did upgrade the grid that they would have baked in more than enough for expansion?

Zach said recently on the podcast discussion about Darkoaster that the grid is actually in very good shape. A star flyer would be awesome but I think I’d want it out in Festhaus so you could see the James. A pendulum or top scan would be a awesome addition if there is enough room.

No Top Spin for me, thanks - but I thought Festa was on a different grid so therefore any flat in pantheon's infield would be irrelevant to whatever DarKoaster ends up being.

Top Scan, not top spin. HUSS no longer produces those and their parts. Top Scan, if I’m not mistaken, is one of the rides that Carowinds has. I can’t for life of me remember the name though.

Ohh... Ok, a Mondial ride.

Never say never on a used Huss ride reappearing somewhere unless confirmed they've all been scrapped.

Most Huss rides I’ve seen are traveling with some select permanent installations.

Unless something has changed, yes, it's my understanding that Pantheon's official opening has long been planned for the weekend of March 25th. The real question is when soft openings and/or previews will start—that's what I've been diggin' for lately...

The problem is going to be weather right? The Florida parks can open their rides whenever because it will always be warm enough. Good luck predicting what day will be above 40 in February for a vip date.

Wouldn’t March 25th mean KD’s ride would officially open first. I can’t see how that’s a good look for BGW.

Where is this podcast I keep hearing about?
You will have to scroll back a few weeks to find Zachary's episodes but here the podcast site.

I'm sure BGW is expecting the press run-up to Pantheon to be more than enough to hold its own against Tumbili. Pantheon should already be deep into previews by the time Tumbili opens.
And: Tumbili is a clone coaster that doesn’t need much press and Pantheon is a one off.

Since Iron Gwazi is opening March 11th do you guys think the opening for Pantheon is March 25th

I mean Emperor is March 12th… wonder if we might see a March 13th opening? Just a wild guess.
Like @Zachary said March 25th is pretty locked in stone. From what I understand the reason that it hasn't been announced is partially due to the park still trying to finalize the member preview dates.
