I wonder if they will allow gopros opening day? (Whenever the crap that will be)

Because I have been told that I was not allowed to when tempesto opened but now they are fine with it.

I wasnt able to be there opening day, but I first rode tempesto about 2-3 weeks after opening with my GoPro and no one had an issue.

The first time I rode Tempesto during its opening season, there was a small two-person helicopter hovering weirdly close to it for several minutes. I was told it was taking video and pictures.

Launching up that climbout to the slow roll with a bloody helicopter right there... wish I had a GoPro that day.

Pantheon.

Yeah, I have known of executives who have lied to guests about a helicopter being used for "marketing" purposes in an effort to not freak guests out or cause a panic about a helicopter that is clearly way to close to the coasters.

Backlot Stunt Coaster opened in 2006, the helicopter is part of the theming...

is that an aerial shot, or a highly detailed diorama of the ride?

My lord that is beautiful.

I think it's an aerial using a HDR photography technique. But I could be wrong.

The post was deleted. I caught it within the first 3 minutes it was up... Wonder why.
