On the website for the sneak peak under the Town Hall area they said Kevin will be providing a Pantheon update. Could he be announcing the opening date or an actual construction update?
I would guess they might narrow down an opening month

I don't understand how Iron Gwazi could go so much faster - maybe something about the differences in manufacturer and chain vs. launch?

Both delay when the park releases info and the fact that Brian from IOE (assuming its him since it is an RMC) is on it!

I do believe that that didn't do the same level of pull through testing. It probably has to do with manufacturer testing requirements
Or any pull through testing they did before the track was completed (like if they only did the main brake run through the lift and called it good)

As far as I know there were two main differences between this and gwazi -

Although the track was not yet complete, gwazi had already been testing all of the systems they could before the track was done, even running the lift motor and whatnot. Probably they didn’t have much left to after gettinbthat final piece in and then they were all clear.

Pantheon needs a full pull-through to check alignment on all of the sensors, stators, etc, taking more time. Not sure if they’ve actually started launching the trains yet though

I'd imagine that the pull through would take a week or less depending on what they'd need to adjust if anything. But then again, if they found a big issue then who knows.

Pull through of regular track should go pretty quickly, as there is not much to check other than ride envelope clearances. Once they get done, the will probably start testing launches. I believe that when BGT tested Cheetah Hunt, they slowly ramped up the launches until the train makes it over the hill. I assume we should expect similar tests. Once all the launches are tested, they then will go full speed through the ride, testing everything else.

About 1 minute through this video you can see them making sure that the train can fit through the layout.

Looks like they just check the close clearances with the cutout and don't pull the entire (or a partial) train through.

Will it just be platinum members getting ert on the ride or will premier, unlimited, and basic be getting it too?
