I think that might be a bit of a stretch but it would be really cool if that were the case! Goddess of fertility and crops and stuff sounds pretty legit.

Since Ceres is the Roman goddess of agriculture and grain I can foresee the marketing team concocting a story of fighting swarms of locusts and urgently harvesting the crops before winter sets in. Sponsored by John Deere™
Not that I don't appreciate all ideas—but having a coaster based on fertility would be... interesting for a family theme park.
