General Information:

"Project Drachen Spire," is a community-generated identifier for the Intamin-made, multi-launch, shuttle giga coaster that was originally slated to open at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in 2021. The attraction is planned to utilize the currently-vacant land behind Verbolten, Festhaus Park—the former home of Drachen Fire.

The coaster's main layout—as leaked before the addition was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic—featured two launches, two spikes (one spiral, one vertical-ish), and a couple of banked turns. Drachen Spire was designed to run two trains by means of a pair of switch tracks connecting the primary, shuttle portion of the layout to the station platform.

Oh boy, would that completely ruin the aesthetic (you can admit it at least has that) of Verbolten just plopping supports through the launches like that.

Edit: Heh, just noticed "spooky tunnel."

Rough draft, but you can see the concept. Non stop thrills, one of a kind, deadly.

This is a cheap shot @The Quist. Busch Gardens Williamsburg has gone OVER THREE YEARS (like three and a quarter now!) without causing a SINGLE forest fire in Festhaus Park. Yes, in the time since, a train blew up and Escape from Pompeii's roof caught fire, but don't you think setting the ENTIRETY of Festhaus Park ablaze is a little much? Yeah, it may be thrilling, unique, and deadly, but maybe try for something a little more original next time? ?

I thought that was supposed to be red track, not fire.

Unlike any other park I’ve been to, BGW has stunning views of all coasters from different places in the park (and outside the park!). Oktoberfest is relatively quiet (you can hear Alpengeist’s lift maybe…), so I would love to see a stunning feature (a loop or twist over FestHaus, interaction with the Castle) that would be visible when you’re entering Oktoberfest, or when you come around the corner by the Verbolten exit.

I wonder when/if this ever gets built will they add a train station in Germany that had been rumored for years?

Not sure if DF failed because of location, roughness, or a combination of those two things. A train station stop might help with getting guests to that location.

Hopefully when/if we get DS/or whatever this becomes, it won't suffer the same problems.

I'm an artist, damnit! It's all open to interpretation; as long as it inspires others, I'm okay.
I see hope, anger, fear, and happiness.

God for some reason this reminds me of a joke I once heard:
A teacher is reviewing a book, asks the students what the yellow in the flowers represent. One says “hope”, another says “a new beginning”, the teacher says it represents a shift in the mood of the character.

The author, who is video chatting with the class chimes in: “it symbolizes that lilies are fucking yellow.”
