General Information:

"Project Drachen Spire," is a community-generated identifier for the Intamin-made, multi-launch, shuttle giga coaster that was originally slated to open at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in 2021. The attraction is planned to utilize the currently-vacant land behind Verbolten, Festhaus Park—the former home of Drachen Fire.

The coaster's main layout—as leaked before the addition was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic—featured two launches, two spikes (one spiral, one vertical-ish), and a couple of banked turns. Drachen Spire was designed to run two trains by means of a pair of switch tracks connecting the primary, shuttle portion of the layout to the station platform.

All I will say before we hear anything further is that if the implication here is a Red Force clone, I think the coaster enthusiast community shits on that type of ride too much. A traditional giga would be better, sure, but the one trick pony accelerators do their one trick well and are still exciting as hell to me. Launching that fast and dropping 300+ feet is nothing to be scoffed at the way most coaster enthusiasts do.

Ok....I get RMC vides from the look I saw. No depicted cross ties, train layout seems similar to the look of the T-Rex, and those turns in and out of the station are things that show up on a lot of RMC ground up coasters.

So... What if the first RMC Trex is a redforce style coaster?

I'll wait to see what @Zachary writes. When I first saw it, I thought Red Force. Only issue, reading the last few above, is the track curve leaving the station.

If it's an RMC train as folks interpreted, then I jump back to my original assumption of a Raptor coaster (Railblazer clone) and a tower of some sort together.

But a raptor wouldn't have needed a 355 ft waiver..

Wow, for something that was up only a short time; a lot of people seem to have it.. unless someone archived the page before it was taken down..

That image is going to get someone fired. We were not posting that image for a reason. There's blood on someone's hands now. Just glad it isn't mine.

Having seen the document myself I originally shared it with Zach in order to confirm its legitimacy. Whoever originally took the picture of the document, unwisely shared it with some people who do not properly understand what leaking this type of stuff can do.

For those speculating on what kind of ride it can be, you'd be warm assuming something like Red Force. But the details are sparce and what I have seen barely explains anything that BGW wants to do with it, because no matter how you draw it there's not enough space for a 105+ mph LSM launch.

Secret would have been safe on reddit anyway. ? No offense to any reddit fans, but I find that site a hot mess and can never find anything... even when it's not a leak that's quickly taken down. Are we talking r/rollercoasters? Does BGW even have a reddit page? Maybe I'm just biased to this site, but I find it generally not worth my time searching thru other sites for authoritative info...

Ok now I'm picturing a giant Maverick.

I saw it (briefly) on /r/rollercoasters... There was maybe a dozen or so comments before it was taken down.

I agree with @b.mac ... You'd be hard pressed to slide a Red Force clone into the area (although we'll have "architects” showing it can). I just don't see a T-Rex. I'd love to be wrong but is SEAS going to take that big of a chance with 2 industry "firsts" back to back?

Wasn't there a possible project (pre-Pantheon) that was supposed to be a Red Force-style ride that crossed the river? I can't be hallucinating in remembering that.

I doubt this iteration would cross the river, but something like a Red Force is kinda what I'm expecting here. Especially with the 4 car trains.
