Actually I think it's forgivable in this setting. This video can be used to market the ride to people who might not be familiar with the park. In which case the description of Irish and Scottish villages might be more telling then Heather Downs and Killarney.

Appositives are the key!

"[...] Killarney, our Irish village, [...]"
"[...] our Scottish village, Heatherdowns, [...]"

Love how she comments how difficult it was preparing the area for the ride. Umm yeah. You're shoving a flat ride where there's serious terrain. Of course you're going to have to do extra site prep.

Well, at least she said "village" versus "country." Even nameless, I'll take any branding that relates back to the hamlets versus dumbed down country names.

Never been a fan of the countries, which are especially problematic given the park's setting timeframe. Notably "Canada," which didn't exist, and whose connection is supposed to be an offshoot of French trappers from Europe, not a North American country. And you can argue that about whether the modern nation of Italy would be recognizable then too, etc. etc.

One thing I noticed was that the barrier wall along Killarney Bridge was gone. You can see right into the construction site.

I'm sure the hardest part was the footer work, which seems mostly complete. Assembly should be relatively quick.

Well unlike BFE, Invadr, Tempesto, bla bla bla.....I wont be there waiting for days to get one of the first rides if it soft opens. My only hope for this new ride is it increases the foot traffic in the area with people hanging out that they open O Taters more and the food is good.....well that and they figure out how to controll the flies in that building.

So this could be a fairly big deal or not a big deal at all, but a family member that works for James City County told me that the inspector for JCC that recently inspected the ride was concerned about the concrete footers being poured in cold temperatures and is requiring an engineer to sign off on it before they'll approve of it. He said a similar thing happened at Colonial Heritage where someone poured concrete in cold weather and ended up having to tear the entire thing down and redo it because the concrete didn't seal properly? That's what I was told by my mom who heard it from my family member that works at JCC who heard it from his coworker so take it as you will. Things could get lost in translation, but that's the gist of what I got out of the information. Could end up being nothing to worry about, but could be something to keep an eye and an ear on.

aka....he is pawning off the responsibility to a 3rd party engineer who will sign it off if the price is right. Really though it has not been cold this winter.

Project Madrid is gonna have issues with the switch track so right on que!
Are you asking "right on who!" or are you saying "right on Quebec!"
I ask becuase if the former, unless ,"who," is a proper noun this sentence is interogative and should end in a question mark. In the case of the later, If you meant, "Que," the abbrivation for Quebec then you should capitalize the word "que." In either case the sentence does not make much sense and you might consider a revision.
