Saw my first tv ad for Battle for Eire last night. Came on at the end of Jeopardy/ start of American Idol. Was a pretty good ad, had a kid/ girl empowerment theme that I liked going in it.

Maybe it was easier to make costume wise? It shouldn't be too hard to construct a nice looking leaf head-dress.

My gosh you guys, I just got word from the park that the ride will soft open on Sunday. But they also said the ride film isn't quite ready yet but but the simulator and VR is ready for first riders; to test out this new technology, the film they will use is going to be... King Arthur's Challenge...

"O...M...G..."

According to BGWFans' Instagram page, they saw people programming the lockers today. Could this mean that the soft opening is approaching soon?

I know you don't want to spoil it, but would you say this ride might possibly be everything to hope for in a ride like this? Plus, how were the two pre-show rooms?

Oh absolutely!! And the pre-show rooms were LIT (bad fireplace pun) haha. Best part of the rooms are the secret nods to some old rides that used to be where BFE is (I'm looking at you Corkscrew Hill, Questor, etc... ;) )

Sweet, can't wait until the ride soft opens and there can be pictures/video of this ride. I won't be able to go to the park until June/July because I'm planning a three day trip to NYC.

EDIT: Since this ride was made by the same company who did DarKastle, how does this compare to that?
