Let me clarify... I did not drink.  I was buzzed, but it wasn't alcohol... maybe my username will help you out

Last time I heard someone bragging about the usage of substance to "feel something" like it was cool I was a sophomore in high school. Odd.

Putting that aside, I am curious as to what's going to happen to the Le Scoot sign that is currently missing. Rumor swirling that's where the new InvadR signage will be placed?

Any clarity on this matter?

Le Scoot's sign was removed for the off season to prevent damage during construction and allow for machinery to pass through the pathway.

This exactly. The park expressly told me that the new Le Scoot sign will return.

IT'S HAPPENING

TESTING!!!!

^That's a good sign.

Not to get anyone's hopes up, but White Lightning in Orlando started testing May 14, 2013 and soft-opened less than a week later on May 20.

Given Invadr's relatively small size, they could finish the required test runs fairly soon.

I think it was the extremely mild winter that allowed them to get ahead of schedule.

I would credit GCI's planning more so than the mild winter. The've built quite a few coasters (and much bigger ones) in locations and areas that have harsher winters than VA. And I don't recall them ever missing a deadline as far as getting one of their peojects finished.

After all the test runs are complete and all the systems are up and running, they'll the sign the ride over to the park. It'll then be up to BGW to open it whenever.
