They just released a Facebook video about 25 minutes showing a "left behind" sheet of plans.

After further investigating the site plans that were given, some of the pages allow you to zoom in very close in detail, and to my surprise on one of the pages behind the bold writing, I see words like "Trading post" and log fume which leads me to believe that some of the site plans may not even be real. For example, this one page i am talking about is none other than one of the site plans for the log fume makeover

I see there is also a tab listed for a "demolition plan." Given the ride area they show, maybe the old moose lodge building is getting the axe?
Also it states that nothing will exceed 60' in height...

I would say these plans are a total throw-off, but there was that 60ft balloon test behind Festhaus, and these "plans" say "HEIGHT OF ATTRACTION NOT TO EXCEED: 60'"...
