RE: Project 2017

What about capacity for this coaster? The trains seem short and it doesn't look like it has room for tandem.

RE: Project 2017

Surely they won't create another Tempesto situation with few passengers and a long queue.

Does this ride look very short to anyone else? As in, still short?

I also thought the same thing. I am hoping they integrate some cool elements. I am still excited for a roller coaster either way.

I was looking for places where the track could double on top of itself in a helix (as woodies love to do) and the only place I really see that as an option is at the very end. The supports also don't look like the track will be running parallel to itself at any time.

It'll be comparable in length to White Lightning at Fun Spot in Orlando, which is a hell of an awesome ride. Even though the layout will be nothing like WL, I'm sure GCI will produce something just as fun.

RE: Project 2017

Not sure how accurate this info is but I heard the coaster will be anywhere from 2000 - 2100 ft long and a height of about 55-60 feet.

I've also heard possibly two, 8-car trains, which is much shorter than the standard 12-car Millennium Flyers, but White Lightning at Fun Spot only uses 6-car trains.

I guess we'll find out shortly.
