Back on Pass Member Appreciation Day, I recall having a discussion at Grogan's of how exactly they will tease the ride.
We'll see a video of Carl suiting up in a biker outfit, hop onto a bike, and ride to a half pipe at a skate park. Video cuts to a poorly done stunt double who wheels around the half pipe. Cut to teaser screen, reading "Coming in 2015" as tire marks roll across the bottom of the screen.

Basing on the CC announcement which was in early November I would not be surprised if we see teasers after HOS leading up to the announcement. They won't do it during CT because everyone will know there putting in a new ride just by being able to see the ride in Festa. So that's why I said November. Has the park confirmed this? No, It's just a fan with a lot of ideas guessing away.Matthew said:

It's a brilliant marketing campaign. The park will simply refuse to admit it exists, even when it's open.
