The restraints actually look a lot like I305's restraints.

More than likely the restraints in the concept art aren't the actual restraints for the ride. Tempesto will probably have Premier's standard lapbar restraints, just like its cousin at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

Over the shoulder harnesses of any kind will make me all sorts of bitter. The thing I've been looking forward to most about Tempesto is that BGW was finally going to get an inverting coaster with only a lap bar. This better just be a typical concept art inaccuracy.

Also, want to know how to nuke Tempesto's capacity further? Double loading times by adding seat belts.

Looking at the 2015 map in the url adress it says "springmap2015" making me believe that Tempesto won't show on the map until the park opens up the ride in May. Also, if the ride is testing on preview day, could somebody get footage?

Well, a May opening is not confirmed at all. And really, the park can change the map any time they want. A URL tells you nothing specific. They really just put a map up so they wouldn't have a CT map up there all the way into March.

If they're doing anything on the ride it would probably be the wiring for the LSMs, something we unfortunately cannot see. It also stinks that due to the overall lack of coverage we have no idea what the trains will look like, and if/when they'll begin test launches and cycles.

Of course they have to do envelope testing at some point, that'll be the sign for when this ride will likely begin coming to life.
