I would assume that it's existing structure.

The quality of a few of those images make me think they're not real....They're VERY amateur. I'm talking specifically about "Black Forest Tours" and the "Vist the Black Forest"

The rest look pretty legit.

The front colorful part is not the station. It's the front facade and entrance. (See those lockers on the left?)

The bigger building behind is the station where you board the ride.

Newsie is correct, the current station will be modified to add what is colorful in the image.

Those are preliminary mock-ups for theming. May or may not see either of them at the actual ride.

Also, I'mma go ahead and say that Elementum isn't the name, even though it's nice to see it confirmed in the concept art.

Seriously though, BGW doesn't put a lot of effort into their concept art. Some of the ones they did for Apollo's Chariot was so bad that it was comical!
