The difference between the starting position and the ending position is only about 18 to 20 feet. The more I look at it though, the more I think there's something else going on in there. From what I can tell, it's set up completely different than Th13teen's drop track is.

Are you guys looking at the top secret photos or a different declassified photos.

Most of the ones that Chris and I posted as part of the member only preview are now up on Screamscape. We have a ton more that have never been released.

Hmmmm......What else could possibly be going on there? Or rather, would it be set up so differently because it's a different manufacturer? OR are you looking at something we haven't seen?

It would seem that this ride is supported from the sides, not from below (Th13teen is supported from below, is it not?). There are 6 pieces (3 on each side) that support the track and it would seem that the middle one has some sort of axis that would allow the track to rotate. Furthermore, it seems that the entire room is surrounded by a curved screen of some sort.

There's not enough space for it to rotate an entire 360 degrees, but it looks like it could maybe rotate about 15 degrees to the right and/or left.

Another thing to note: In the drawings the area around the drop track section is referred to as the "Leaf Pit".

Holy crap. I think I got it:

Gnarly hands try and and grab you. You drop not all at once, but more slowly, giving you the sensation of a drop but not a freefall. The track will rotate on your way down to give you a really cool feeling. The screens will display leaves all around you, shooting up after you fall into the leaf pit like you just made a big thud. And then VROOM off to the bridge.

I would say that it rotates as the gnarly hands try and grab you (like trying to get away) but it wouldn't be able to since it's too close to the stationary track, as in it would hit it.

ALSO, the bridge is broken, so despite escaping the monster, you still perish. If you look at the station images, the trains come back empty all DarKastle like.

Boom.

Not to pull everyone off the discussion of the bridge and track drop, but the queue will feature heavy theming. The old BBW queue building is going to be modified. You'll go through two offices in the queue. Think something similar to Spiderman at IOA.
