Yes. I was expecting something like Jon Favreau's Happy Hogan character in Iron Man 3; constantly checking passes. But no. I wasn't hassled once. I imagine that if you were already inside the hamlet and stayed off of the E-ticket attractions for a bit, you would probably be left alone if you weren't a pass holder.
