Pass Member Preview Day

I think it may merely be a result of how little information has been shared at the recent Pass Member events, combined with the cold weather and the fear of the historically bad crowds.

Last year's was packed. I thinking cold temps and how poorly advertised it was. It seemed like less than a month notice was put out about the event. Actually that worries me more than anything I know at least one pass member who been a member for over 15 years that said she knew nothing about it. Granted it's someone who does not use the Internet but still if you aren't getting word out to your long time members how are you going to handle getting the general publics attention? Oh wait that is what Carl said his good friends over at BGWFANS were for I forgot.

Half of the park's attendance yesterday was a school field trip, which I'm kind of dumbfounded as to why they let them in on PMPD.

They allowed Fun Card Holders to attend this year, which I imagine explains the buses.

I know quite a few folks who either questioned coming to this Pass Member Preview or skipped it altogether because of the park not being open on Sunday.  It's probably less appealing to out-of-town members to make the long trip for just one day.
