Seriously. Sacrificing one of 5 remaining in the world, arguably the best example of its type, for a mid-tier RMC is certainly a choice.

Yes. Out of all of the RMC I-Boxes, I've ridden, I rank them like this:

It's good, sure, but I would argue that The Bat is an overall more fun coaster than AFO that delivers a unique experience that you can only get at 4 other locations in the world.
Kinda agree with this. If you ridden a few RMCs you pratically rode them all. The bat cant be ridden like anywhere close to it besides canada. All the other suspendeds are pretty lame. Part of why TT2 is my number 2. Where else can i experience anything close to that
I've worked at Kings Island in the past. I want this coaster to happen, but it probably won't work unless it has a major layout modification (namely the outer bank and station) OR it uses the parking lot. Every other suggestion I've seen uses critical infrastructure (AKA the parade and haunt buildings in Area 72) or is on a massive hill (pretty much everything surrounding Action Zone).
There might be one or two more spots, but I'm not sure if Arie will fit. There's the massive picnic area behind Camp Snoopy and a bunch of land by the rapids. Could also use the old Crypt building and/or go underneath Diamondback.

Knoebels already made it pretty clear publicly that they do not want ArieForce One. John Arie Jr phoned up the park multiple times in July and they quite literally began treating these like prank calls.
Seriously asking for AF1 at Kings Island is a bit like going to a high end winery and requesting a Pepsi. Floating the idea of sacrificing Bat for AF1 is like asking said winery to remove Rosé's from the menu to accommodate Pepsi. What makes Kings Island a more distinctive park and lineup is that they don't build slop on a whim, and they deserve to be thought of more highly by some of you lot.

This is being insanely pretentious about a family coaster lol. AF1 is an upgrade 10 times over.
They should not remove the Bat for this but I also don't think AF1 is an outrageous add to the park.
It's not pretentious to see the inherent value of a rare roller coaster continuing to exist, and that it continues to serve its intended demographic well. It is rather pretentious to assume the Kings Island audience at large would be content with the Bat being replaced with AF1 because it's so obviously so much of an "upgrade" tho
There are tons of criticisms that could be made about RMC capacity, build quality, and the professionalism of the people running that company, but RMC coasters are widely enjoyed by riders. There isn't a huge amount of enthusiast buzz around AF1's closing and relocation because the ride is just a Pepsi 
)
Thrill coasters aren't automatically better than family coasters. I'd rather ride Big Bear or Firechaser over tons of Arrows and B&Ms (and some RMCs, not to contradict myself above
)
